The projected structure consists of a main warehouse (Production Warehouse) located in the central part of the land and around it there are four warehouse warehouses and five blocks of buildings (Office and Maintenance Area).

• Mixed structure: Metallic and reinforced concrete, includes structural design, electrical, sanitary, A/C, fire-fighting installations.
• Covered Area: 34,450.1096 m2.
