IMPROVEMENT OF CRITICAL SERVICES AND EXTERNAL CONSULTATION.

Supervision of the preparation of the Technical File, Execution of Work and Equipment using the fast-track Management system and using BIM tools (Building Information Modeling) to ensure construction. These services will include everything related to the supervision, technical, legal, economic, accounting, environmental, administrative control and everything that is required for the efficient and effective administration of the Project Execution Contract. The land selected for the project is located on Av. Brasil cdra. 26, within the area currently occupied by the Hospital, in a total area of ​​42,248 m² made up of two lots of 34,596.04 m² and 7,650.50 m². The area destined for the new construction is 16,222.39 m²,

• Stage I: Supervision of the preparation of the technical file.
• Stage II: Supervision of the work and equipment.
• Stage III: Reception and liquidation of work.
