CESEL has developed most of the river ports in the Peruvian Amazon since the mid-1970s, when it designed and supervised the construction of the ports of Iquitos, Pucallpa and Yurimaguas. He has to his credit the design and construction supervision in 42 ports.

Its participation in the main maritime ports of the Peruvian coast has also been very important, highlighting the expansion and modernization of the Port of Callao, the construction of a new container terminal in the southern zone and the modernization of the multipurpose northern terminal.

WATERWAYS AND PORTS - PLANNING

PORTS AND FACILITIES - DESIGN

  • Mooring system: dolphins and mooring posts.

DREDGING

  • Equipment and calculation of dredging volumes - Selection.

PROTECTION OF WORKS - DIKES

  • Layer thickness: filter, transition, armor.
  • Location study of possible quarries.

WORKS CONTAINMENT - DAM

  • Determination of fill material (rock or hydraulic fill).Determination of fill material (rock or hydraulic fill).
  • Floor plans and typical sections of the dam, study of the location of possible quarries.

CONTAINER YARD - FACILITIES

  • Selection of pavements, thickness of the pavement layers (sub base, base and wearing course).
  • RTG installations.
